TAEKWON-DO

DEMONSTRATION AT THE OPTIMYZ LIVE HEALTH EXPO- JAN 22,2012

We have beginner and intermediate/ advanced programs for individual kids, teens and adults, and offer one of the best “Family Friendly” Taekwon-Do classes in the Halifax area. Our Taekwon-Do programs run all year long and people can join at any time.

Little STARS

For ages 3 to 6 years old children, we have a fantastic program called Little STARS, which is a fun and safe introduction to Taekwon-Do targeted for young kids. This program truly prepares them move into our intermediate level Taekwon-Do program. The next term for Little STARS begins in January 2012.

KICKFIT- FITNESS KICKBOXING

For those who may not be looking a “formal Martial Arts class”, we offer a program called KickFit- Kickboxing, which is a great high energy fitness class that utilizes punches, kicks, knees and elbows drills with strengthening, conditioning and cardio exerises, with lots of upbeat music playing in the background. KickFit- Kickboxing resumes in January 2012.

Carr Taekwon-Do is a member of the International Ch’ang-Hon Taekwon-Do Federation and the ICTF of Canada. We are also a member of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce.
